KÜLLI ROOSNA & KENNETH FLAK "Between Bone and Silence"
Between Bone and Silence is a concert for two bodies. The Estonian/Norwegian artist duo
Roosna & Flak are creating worlds where sound and movement are inseparable. They invite
the audience to look, to hear -- allowing stories to come, to go, to morph, or simply just to be.
Külli Roosna (EST) and Kenneth Flak (NOR/EST) merge movement and digital technologies
to explore the human experience across layers of interconnected realities. They use
movement sensors to create and influence sound in real time. Responsive bodies in a
responsive space with responsive sound - this is how the practise and research of the duo
could be described.
