SAAL Nexus is a new event series at Kanuti Gildi SAAL. The Latin word nexus refers to a series of connections or a focal point, so each SAAL Nexus event focuses on a different entanglement of questions or a focal point in the arts field. Everyone is welcome to SAAL Nexus – to listen, participate, co-think or just hang out! This grid has an endless number of lines passing through the cultural field and at SAAL Nexus we’ll be mapping their connection points.

As the first event of SAAL Nexus, Fair Enough Art Book Fair is opening a pop-up bookshop in our Cellar Hall for one night only! Fair Enough Art Book Fair has curated a special selection of publications that each come with a signature drink. Order a book from the bartender and receive a delicious drink with it!

Fair Enough Art Book Fair will take place for the third time on 23 & 24 May 2026 at the Estonian Museum of Applied Art and Design. The fair was initiated by graphic designers Agnes Isabelle Veevo (EE) and Linnea Lindgren (FI) in 2024 to highlight small-scale publishing, particularly in Estonia, where platforms for distributing independent and art publications are limited. Fair Enough consists of a wide selection of publications and publishers that are selected through an open call, as well as a free public programme.
