SAAL Nexus is an event series at Kanuti Gildi SAAL. Each event focuses on questions and topics that pop up in the cultural field. On 30 April we hold a thinking laboratory with a focus on leadership. How to think of leadership not just as a position, but something that we do? What kinds of structures and hierarchies tend to emerge in institutions and collectives and how should we talk about them? How to divide roles and responsibility in processes where we create collectively? What state is the leadership culture in Estonia and elsewhere?

We have invited Tiina Saar-Veelmaa, Helen Tammemäe, Alissa Šnaider, Keithy Kuuspu and **Heneliis Notton **to participate in the discussions, but of course everyone is welcome to join in!
