Theatre was once a family, a community and a place of worship. Then the focus changed. We changed. If we now return to an abandoned sanctuary, who will we find there?
During the residency, themes such as individuality vs collectivity, solitude vs contact, inability to express oneself vs need to be expressed will be explored.
Liis Lindmaa and Jim Ashilevi studied together as part the 'Von Krahl course' at the Viljandi Culture Academy of Tartu University, have collaborated for many years, taken different creative paths in the meantime, and now want to rediscover the world of performing arts together.
