The multidisciplinary art platform inklingroom is waiting for you at SAAL Bar on December 17 to listen to fun-end-of-the-year-feeling-to-dance music and take part in lil performances. Artists Kitty Florentine, Elle Viies, Kadri Sirel, Keity Pook and DJ Elysian Tunes Wash Electra will perform.

end of the year feeling - maybe you should change your hairstyle, maybe you should go to a playwriting course, maybe you should give something important to someone this time, maybe you should do a major cleaning at home...oh, please just take one object from home (or why not from someone else's home ) which has not been used and should find a new place and energy. We will make a display table out of all the objects and during the evening there will be a free microphone where you can redeem the objects using your own text, poetry, manifesto, incantation, aphorism, quote, thought or song. You can definitely expect good art, music and a lot of dancing from the evening.

Keity Pook is a performance artist, dancer, choreographer and dance teacher working in Tallinn/London/Bristol, with experience in managing and producing art projects. In 2020, Keity co-founded the art platform inklingroom, which organizes events combining avant-garde audio, visual and performing arts. In 2021-2022, Keity curated an interactive radio show on Netil Radio, where young choreographers from England and Estonia shared their practices. In 2021, she received a creative grant from Art Council England to develop her personal practice to coordinate an art project, the end result of which was the creation of a dance film. Her works highlight the experiences of the individual in the context of the modern world juxtaposed with natural and socio-political environments, often depicting this through the aesthetic presence of the post-internet era.

Michal Sobkiewicz is a London/Bristol/Poznan (PL) music manager, DJ (Wash Electra) and co-founder of inklingroom. inklingroom is a multidisciplinary art platform, record label and event series that connects experimental electronic music, club music and contemporary dance. Michal hosts two monthly radio shows on Noods Radio in Bristol and Netil Radio in London, where he presents fast paced Afro rave hybrids, experimental club music, energetic ballroom, footwork and reggaeton music.
